As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy. 

Job Summary:

The Tooling Operations Manager I is pivotal in streamlining the Global Tooling Supply Chain. Leads and oversees critical processes, identifies and eliminates inefficiencies, and champions continuous improvement initiatives. Drives operational excellence across the entire tooling ecosystem, from managing data integrity to ensuring timely equipment maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee various processes within the Global Tooling Supply Chain, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or inefficiencies
  • Implement root cause analysis for the supply model, focused on the last step IGSPP to identify and eliminate recurring issues
  • Champion the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the OSS tooling catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Take ownership of executing tasks assigned to Tooling Operations within the Change Management framework
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of ETM Master Data and lead the migration to Standard Prices within the defined strategy
  • Manage training programs for the KAHUNA system, ensuring workforce competency through well-defined models
  • Maintain and optimize SharePoint as the central repository for tooling-related documents and information
  • Manage the Standard Maintenance Program, ensuring timely and effective maintenance of tooling equipment
  • Implement and enforce ETM Data Governance policies to maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data
  • Lead the Global Admin Tower in ensuring accurate upload of tooling calibration dates and new equipment information into the ERP system
  • Travel may be required
  • Manage and develop employees

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or supply chain management
  • 7+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas: operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, warehouse management, quality control, lean manufacturing principles, field service operations, engineering, product management, or project/program management
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams within an industrial setting
  • 4+ years of experience in the rotating power generation or turbomachinery equipment industry is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
