We are hiring on our Creative Services team. This FieldCore team is a world class in-house creative group whose charter is to support our customers’ business communications and strategies while driving their brand. 

Job Summary:  

The Account Manager acts as the client interface and is responsible for driving business for the Creative Services global marketing and communication teams, including but not limited to GE Vernova, GE HealthCare, and GE Aerospace. Sets and manages client expectations and has a strong background and knowledge of the graphics industry. Utilizes strong business acumen to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day-to-day production requests made by clients globally, working directly with communicators and marketing staff on graphics requests while managing client expectations
  • Oversee a team of designers and freelancers, coinciding with other Account Managers, to ensure clarity of roles, alignment with client’s business objectives, and collaboration across Creative Services
  • Set an aesthetic vision for each project and ensures the vision is communicated and executed by the design staff
  • Schedule and track all jobs from initial request through final production, meeting all cost objectives and deadlines
  • Identify and maintain relationships with qualified vendors and outside design agencies
  • Solicit and communicate estimates and quotes to clients, negotiate contracts that reflect an optimal cost/quality/schedule ratio, and track invoices against estimates
  • Proactively identify business trends, forecast demand, and anticipate needs such as CS growth opportunities, trending software or toolsets, client marketing needs, and high-level business strategies and targets
  • Participate actively in all projects, attend planning meetings, and offer thoughts and ideas
  • Promote the CS business by proactively keeping portfolio updated
  • Apply thorough understanding of graphic production processes including development of electronic artwork, pre-press services and printing
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our OFS vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent
  • 7+ years progressive experience in a related role, with 5+ years’ experience in a graphics related field
  • 3+ years of management experience and experience leading global design teams throughout a project lifecycle
  • English proficiency required

Compensation and Benefits: 

The weekly salary range for this position is $1,498.08 to $2,578.85. This is an exempt from overtime position. Additional compensation may be paid when employees exceed 40 billable hours in a week. FieldCore benefits include medical insurance. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
