About the role

Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms (marketplaces, eGrocery, FSA / Quick commerce) and Retail media networks which includes platform specific consumer journey and experience capabilities.

Candidate should have a good understanding of TCCC O2O business goals, leveraging knowledge of platform capabilities to bring ideas and executions to live. Possess experience in best usage of retail media to achieve ROI for brands, exposure to data driven decision making, knowledge of platform’s annual marketing calendar.

What will make you stand out

  • Primary responsibility is to bring best collaboration among all stakeholders (TCCC X Bottler X Platforms X OpenX) to agreed, approve, implement and achieve best ROI
  • Attend brief triage sessions and understanding of business goals
  • Evaluation of platforms and their capabilities to meet brief requirements and fulfil business goals
  • Finalisation of initiative calendar with TCCC X Bottler X OpenX
  • Agreement on platform/s usage to activate planned initiative
  • Liaison with selected platforms to design touchpoints / tools/ tactics by initiatives
  • Agreement on assets based on designed touchpoints with Platforms X TCCC X Bottler X OpenX
  • Based on agreed assets and inputs brief, OpenX to develop an execution plan including campaign media plan and content development plan
  • Coordinate with TCCC X Bottler to approve recommended execution plan
  • Management of production pipeline and ensure timely delivery of deliverables such as assets to platforms
  • Supervision of end-to-end campaign execution by OpenX - Implementation, monitoring, optimisation, reports, and learnings

More about you

  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce/online marketing related fields
  • Proven success within performance marketing
  • Ability to define market priorities based on understanding of customer business solutions
  • Critical to understand System financials/economics
  • Solid planning, financial, and collaboration skills
  • Solid project management skills
