Overview 
Enphase is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Analytics team in Bangalore, India. This is an individual contributor role supporting Customer Service organization globally. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who can leverage data engineering, data science, and data analytics expertise to drive informed business decisions and provide root cause along with actionable intelligence on key business metrics. As a high-visibility position, you will independently own and execute tasks, coordinate with various teams, and deliver actionable insights that align with Enphase’s mission of advancing renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to design and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes. Shape  
Key Responsibilities 
1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation 
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to Customer Service operations, fleet health, and product performance using SQL and PySpark. Develop deep knowledge of the datasets and able to drill down and wide 
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders. 
2. Driving Business Outcomes  
  • Use analytics to proactively identify business problems, assess operational health, and drive strategic decisionmaking. 
  • Evaluate outcomes of datadriven initiatives & measure impact on business goals. 
3. Reporting and Analytics 
  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards using Incorta, Tableau, or Power BI to support monitoring and leadership visibility & perform adhoc analysis 
  • Mine and analyze data from large company databases to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, enabling proactive resolution of potential business challenges. 
4. Model Development & Statistical Analysis 
  • Develop data models & algorithms that support diagnostic and predictive analytics. 
  • Apply statistical & machine learning methods to predict trends & optimize operations. 
5. CrossFunctional Collaboration 
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, IT, & Quality teams to gather requirements, align data definitions, & deliver scalable analytical solutions. 
  • Deliver scalable data solutions that support strategic initiatives and business growth 
6. Data Visualization & Communication 
  • Create compelling visual stories using BI tools to communicate findings effectively. 
  • Present data insights clearly to facilitate decision-making among diverse audiences, including executive leadership

Qualifications 
Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, MBA preferred with consistent academic performance (60%+ across major examinations). 
Experience 
  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields with focus on Operations, Customer Service metrics. 
  • Specialized Experience: At least 2 years of experience in proactively identifying business problems & delivering data-driven intelligence. 
Technical Skills 
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Incorta/Tableau/Power BI, and Advanced Excel. 
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing solutions 
  • Ability to quickly understand & work with multiple data sources independently 
Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills 
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and processdriven approach. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to senior leadership & stakeholders  
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive & ability to operate autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
