Our Global Professional Services team enables our Egnyte Customers to onboard quickly and maximize return on investment. You will be accountable for helping the Customers with architecture and domain review, user provisioning, authentication, setup of data and permission migration, monitoring migration jobs, report generation, integration with supported third party software, desktop and mobile app deployment, customer cutover events, first level trouble-shooting of issues and providing industry best practices while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Execute data migration project implementation to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions
- Be a customer champion and act as liaison between customers and Egnyte teams to provide innovative solutions and improve adoption of Egnyte solutions among customers.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while taking ownership of project deliverable tasks.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Customers on assigned projects and will report to Technical Manager/Director
- Travel expectations are less than 10%
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong technical skills that cover four or more of the following areas:
- User provisioning and authentication
- Data and Permission migration tools
- Monitoring and troubleshooting skills
- Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Windows/Linux Server operating systems
- Execute and monitor scripts (python, SQL, PowerShell)
- Prior experience supporting Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment
- Strong experience migrating Data and Permissions
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
- Attention to detail and adapt to process in a quick changing environment
- Fluency of spoken and written command of English. Any other language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical discipline preferred
- 5+ years of relevant Customer Facing Implementation experience
