Egnyte is looking for a stellar B2B field marketing professional with previous experience driving demand through events. This candidate should have a track record of success managing physical and virtual events including webinars, trade shows, 3rd-party sponsorships and email campaigns. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and is a self-starter. Building, maintaining, and supporting relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams is critical to success in this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Planning, managing and executing events and webinars, including monitoring timelines and deadlines, ensuring clear and efficient communication, and managing the end-to-end invitation process.
- Collaborating with event organisers, partners, and customers to ensure successful event execution, including sourcing and liaising with venues and suppliers.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal and Finance and Subject Matter Experts, as well as supporting Field Sales team with activations, creating briefs, managing event kick-offs and post-mortems.
- Constantly tuning and optimising campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition cost, and increase ROI.
- Working with Marketing and Sales Operations to track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
- Working with Product Marketing to understand Egnyte’s content and messaging strategy, ideal customer profile, and personas to ensure enablement and regional consumption
- Managing event budgets, including merchandise/ swag, printing, stand costs etc.
- Working 3 days per week in our Reading office
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of B2B field marketing experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of event tactics and execution
- Strong project management skills - ability to execute on multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication, strong organisation and project management skills
- Knowledge of key tools and technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, Tableau
- Experience building relationships within a cross-functional team
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
