ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Director of Product Management for the Cloud Collaboration Platform, you will own the strategic vision and roadmap for the very heart of Egnyte’s solution. You and your team will be responsible for defining the future of our user-facing Web UI while simultaneously steering the roadmap for the core platform services that power our desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop the product vision and strategy for Egnyte’s collaboration platform, aligning with overall company goals and customer needs
  • Own the product roadmap and product prioritization, driving execution and delivery to customers
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented product managers
  • Partner closely with our UX and Engineering teams to design and build simple, elegant, and power web experiences
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive successful product launches, increase product engagement, and keep customers happy
  • Work directly with strategic customers and prospects to elicit product feedback


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of product management with agile development methodologies
  • Experience leading product managers and working with remote teams
  • Proven experience building large scale B2B SaaS products in a cloud-native environment
  • Strong technical background, with experience managing platform-level products, APIs, and distributed systems. Comfort in engaging in technical discussions with internal teams and customers.
  • Deep appreciation and track record of delivering exceptional user experiences and working with design teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skill

 

COMPENSATION:

·          Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $235K- $265K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
