As a key leader in the product management team and reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will help define the strategy for Egnyte Platform and will be instrumental in taking the Platform to the next level.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Define, validate and improve the vision and strategy for the Egnyte’s cloud based Platform and ecosystem and integration in collaboration with other product leaders and executives
  • Build and keep up to date the Platform and all its subcomponent product roadmaps and drive execution
  • Represent Egnyte externally and drive customer and application integration partner engagements
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers
  • Identify new growth opportunities, prioritize and execute
  • Work with various internal teams to align the products direction


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of product management with agile development methodologies
  • Experience leading product managers and working with remote teams
  • Ability to be an active participant in architecture and design reviews
  • Strong domain expertise in scalable Enterprise Cloud infrastructure, application integration, data governance and security practices, business and technology issues related to managing enterprise information assets and approaches related to data collaboration in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of data related government regulatory, compliances and emerging trends and issues
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS software for technical users & buyers
  • Ability to lead discussions with Egnyte customers to define meaningful product enhancements that improve deployments, user experience, and adoption
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution plans with a bias towards action
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skill
  • Bachelor (MBA a plus) degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering)


COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $210k - $260k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
