THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for a range of internal and external facing technical content at Egnyte such as help articles, release notes, UX/UI text, and blogs to name a few. The scope includes reviewing content for accuracy and authoring new articles as needed for Egnyte's various products across web, desktop and mobile.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Author, review and timely publish external facing help articles for various Egnyte Products
• Write release notes, proof-read/review UX and product UI text and contribute to technical blogs
• Work closely with product managers, Engineering, UX, QA teams and other stakeholders to understand the product capabilities for accurate documentation
• Incorporate feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer
• Solid communication skills, including good written and spoken English to effectively communicate about technical matters
• Technical background. Prior experience in a software engineering role is desired
• Exceptional written, verbal skills and ability to work with a cross-functional team.
