We’re seeking an experienced ERP Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support and evolve our enterprise system environment. This role will manage the configuration, performance, and support of Dynamics 365 while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive system alignment with business operations.

Position is in office at our Carol Stream, IL headquarters
Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and location.
What You’ll Do
System Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary administrator for Dynamics 365, managing configurations, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
- Support daily operations by monitoring system performance, resolving user issues, and managing system uptime.
- Document configurations, update logs, troubleshooting guides, and workflow diagrams to support consistency and transparency.
- Execute and validate system upgrades, updates, and patches with minimal business disruption.
Integration & Data Management
- Support integration between Dynamics 365, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Site Tracker, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, clean, and load data into the ERP using Excel, SQL, and other data tools.
- Leverage SOQL, Power Automate, and API connectors to improve data reliability and performance.
End-User Support & Enablement
- Provide hands-on user support, including issue resolution, guidance on functionality, and training across departments.
- Create and maintain user documentation and provide ongoing ERP education to ensure adoption and best practices.
- Manage user access, role permissions, and support requests with a strong focus on data security and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to support evolving process needs through system changes and enhancements.
- Assist with system testing, validation, and change management during new feature rollouts and process updates.
- Offer recommendations for system improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
What You Bring
- 3+ years administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both) in a technical or functional capacity.
- Experience migrating QuickBooks to Dynamics 365.
- Experience implementing the following Dynamics 365 modules: (1) Accounting, (2) Project Management, (3) Timekeeping.
- Skilled crating project plans for UAT testing for Accounting modules and other.
- Strong knowledge of ERP workflows, configuration, and security controls.
- Familiarity with data migration and cleansing, especially during ERP transitions or implementations.
- Proficiency with SQL, Power Automate, Salesforce, and SOQL.
- Experience working within integrated environments involving tools like QuickBooks and Site Tracker.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and technical levels.
