All Roads has 45+ dealerships located in 11 states. We provide a fast-paced, high volume environment where you will assist candidates and provide an exceptional employment experience. Use your prior experience of attracting top talent and your excellent communication skills to make an immediate impact! Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
Salary & Compensation
- Salary range $60,000 - 75,000 based on experience
- Full time hours, Monday - Friday with flexibility to interview as needed

Responsibilities
- Create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. Prior experience with Jobvite helpful.
- Execute recruiting strategies for open positions utilizing best practices.
- Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
- Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Other duties as needed.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time hours Monday - Friday with a flexible but consistent start time.
Travel
To company locations periodically to assist with building relationships, approximately 25%
