Medium & Heavy-Duty Truck Diesel Technician
All Roads Kenworth has a NEW location in Upper Marlboro, MD! This air conditioned state of the art facility is waiting for you to come be our new Diesel Technician. Use your mechanical skills to diagnose, service, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to efficient, accurate work are essential. Experience with Ford or Kenworth vehicles is preferred.
Compensation & Schedule
- $22–$45/hour (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available
- Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
- Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
- Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
- Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
- Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
