Parts Counter (Ford)

Are you detail oriented and ready to show off your parts knowledge with a great company? PNP (Packer Norris Parts) in Essex, MD is searching for a Parts Counter Rep (Ford) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers.
Base salary plus commission $60,000 - $90,000 based on Ford experience, Full time hours

Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Upselling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Coordinate any procurements of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
- All other duties as assigned
