Vermeer All Roads in Hopkinton, MA wants to talk to you! We are hiring a Field Technician Mechanic to travel to customer locations and repair Vermeer machinery and components. Applicant must have a clean driving record and be insurable by our carrier.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $28–$38 (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available
- Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
- Communicate with the factory for technical support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship)
