We are hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Road Mechanic to join our awesome team. Put your skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components. This position requires daily travel to our customer locations so applicant mus have a clean driving record and be insurable by our carrier.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $28–$38 (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available
- Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
- Communicate with the factory for technical support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship)
