Join Acura of Ellicott City as a Sales Consultant. We’re looking for motivated, energetic professionals who are detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-based with draw against commission
- Strong earning potential — opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year
- Full-time, dealership-based role

Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by determining needs and presenting appropriate vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives (valid driver’s license required)
- Follow up with leads and customers to convert prospects into sales
- Prepare accurate quotes, run credit applications, and complete transaction paperwork
- Use CRM to manage customer interactions and follow-up efforts
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and conduct the delivery presentation covering vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and team-minded
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
