ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Video Telecommunications Specialist-Level II in San Antonio, TX. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support and Secure Video Teleconferencing Support (SVTC), this includes hardware and software installation and maintenance under the guidance and directions of the Video Conferencing Managers

Responsibilities:

• Room Facilitators and IT Support for VTC/SVTC Scheduling
• VTC/SVTC Call Setup/Connection
• VTC/SVTC troubleshooting
• Continuous attendance support at a VTC/SVTC (by request only)
• VTC/SVTC support for All Hands, Town Halls, and other special functions or meetings.
• Customer support and troubleshooting of Video and audio-conferencing equipment
• Pre-Video conference preparations and testing as needed
• Audio and Video call setup procedures with the VNC Bridge
• Maintain and support the VNC Bridge
• Assist with end user training on conference room VTC/SVTC equipment
• Asset Management
• Assist with Incident Management, Problem Management, CM and ITSM related tasks as required using ServiceNow ITSM suite of tools
• Assist with or perform VTC End point upgrades (HW/SW) as required with GFE
• Coordinate with and provide Video conference support for VTCs in the Pavilion
• Install, configure, and implement applicable IA security policies, guidelines, and requirements such as, but not limited to the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and IA Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patches
• Load and configure VNC approved IPV conferencing software applications onto IPV network appliances or customer End User Devices (EUDs)
• Assist the VNC in supporting and maintaining Enterprise VTC/SVTC Infrastructure located at various locations; this includes but is not limited to Bridges, IP and ISDN Gateways, Gatekeepers, and other hardware appliances and applications supporting Audio and Video conferencing services
