ActioNet is hiring a IT Project Manager in Falls Church, VA. This position requires a Secret clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide project management oversight for  initiatives including SharePoint/Web services, Microsoft 365, application development, and modernization projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and track IT project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure successful execution in alignment with mission requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, developers, and system administrators to define requirements, develop technical solutions, and manage deployment schedules.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, POA&Ms, risk registers, and status reports.
• Support strategic and operational planning efforts, ensuring projects adhere to the  Change Management process.
• Conduct weekly project status meetings, monthly progress reviews, and provide updates to the Director and COR.
• Ensure compliance with  SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and application environment standards.
• Assist in IG inspections and audits, ensuring all documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity staff to ensure project solutions maintain ATO compliance and security posture.
• Continuously evaluate process improvements and recommend innovations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Job Experience:
• 5–7 years of IT project management experience in enterprise or DoD environments.
• Proven experience managing IT development, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or application integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with DoD IT environments, cybersecurity compliance (RMF, STIGs), and DHA enterprise requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with senior leadership.

Degree (Required or certifications below can be substituted in lieu of):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certification (Preferred one of the following in lieu of Required Degree):
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
