DecisiveInstincts, LLC, is a joint venture (ActioNet and Akamai Intelligence) is seeking a Laborer to support field operations in Charleston, SC. The technician will assist with site preparation, material handling, and basic installation support tasks. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn within a fast-paced technical environment.

• Perform general labor and material handling tasks to support daily operations.
• Assist with site preparation, cable pulling, and trenching activities under supervision.
• Operate light equipment safely and follow proper maintenance procedures.
• Support installation crews with equipment transport, setup, and teardown.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
• Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of general labor or field support experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn new technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Basic understanding of construction or electrical site safety.
• Experience with hand tools, cable handling, or light machinery a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
