ActioNet is looking for a Lead for Joint NetOps Control Center (JNCC) requiring a Secret Clearance. This position is located at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
The JNCC Lead is responsible for managing 24/7 network operations and maintaining real-time situational awareness of US Forces Korea (USFK) networks. This role oversees monitoring of network health, coordination of outage responses, prioritization of restoration efforts, and development of continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations. The Lead supports mission-critical communications during exercises, contingencies, and routine operations, providing expert guidance to leadership and technical teams.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Supervising daily operations of the JNCC and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Monitoring and reporting on network performance, incidents, and outages.
  • Developing and executing continuity of operations (COOP) and disaster recovery plans.
  • Coordinating with cybersecurity, engineering, and IT teams to resolve network issues.
  • Providing situational awareness briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining operational readiness for mission-critical network functions at all times.
Requirements:
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or 7+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience: Extensive background in network operations, situational awareness, and mission-critical communications
• Preferred: Experience supporting military networks and joint operations
