Fluidra’s looking for a Customer for Life Advocate to join our team in West Valley City, UT. 

  

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  

Be part of the team that’s vision is to exist to create the perfect pool experience by designing innovative solutions that increase comfort, enjoyment and peace of mind.  This person will be responsible for providing customer support to distributors and dealers for various inquiries, including order processing/tracking, shipment error resolution, and credit and rebills processing. Additionally, you will:  

  

  • Provide customer service via email and over the telephone for your assigned region.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Process sales orders in the on-line portal, as well as tracking shipments.
  • Partner with Order Management team to ensure order accuracy.
  • Work with customers to resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
  • Assist with processing credit and rebill for terms and pricing discrepancies.
  • As needed assist processing customer product returns, including overstock and freight damages claims. 

  

WHAT WE SEEK 

  • Must have 2 years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
  • Must be able to type 50 WPM.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
  • Good written and pleasant verbal communication skills.

  

EDUCATION 

  • High school education or equivalent.
