  • Build and optimize dashboards and reporting across Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Drive standardization and automation while maintaining flexibility for strategic analysis
  • Ensure leaders receive clear, consistent performance narratives
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting cadences
  • Partner with Sales Analytics and BI resources to continuously improve data usability and adoption
Analytics & Insight Delivery
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities
  • Move beyond “what happened” to clearly articulate why it happened and recommended actions
  • Translate insights into commercially relevant recommendations and trade-offs
  • Prioritize and manage ad hoc analysis requests from commercial and executive stakeholders
  • Deliver timely, high-quality analysis under tight timelines
Cross-Functional Influence
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to Sales leadership and Revenue Operations
  • Influence data-driven decision-making without formal authority
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics, BI, and Finance to align performance views
  • Support operating cadences, planning cycles, and executive reviews
  • Contribute to executive-ready materials connecting performance trends to revenue impact
Audience-Scaled Communication
  • Deliver insights tailored to the audience:
    • Field sales: simple, actionable signals
    • Managers: drivers, coaching opportunities, execution gaps
    • Executives / Board: trends, risks, implications, and choices
  • Produce executive-ready presentations that connect insights to business impact
