The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic Program Manager to drive our organization's enterprise AI efforts. Based in our New York office on a hybrid schedule, you will be the central force empowering our teams, fostering a culture of shared learning, and ensuring we maximize the value of AI across all divisions.
This is a critical role responsible for connecting our technical vision with our organizational capabilities, ensuring every employee is enabled, and every division is aligned. Your work will directly impact our corporate efficiency and innovation pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enablement & Training (Gemini Focus): Design, coordinate, and manage comprehensive training programs for enterprise AI tools (e.g., Gemini), ensuring all employees gain the necessary skills for effective and responsible AI usage.
- Cross-Divisional Coordination: Act as the primary program lead, organizing regular syncs with divisional AI leads to actively promote shared learning and maintain a master, high-level list of all AI use cases and projects across the organization.
- AI Agent Development: Assess high-impact use-cases for AI Agents and develop end-to-end solutions to augment workflows, partnering with Corporate Tech teams as needed to support development.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Location & Schedule: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule on-site in the New York, NY office.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs/ projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable, business-focused language.
- Experience in program management, project management, or a related coordination role, preferably within a technology-focused or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Experience working with or a strong understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., Google's Gemini), Machine Learning, or other advanced data technologies.
- Prior experience in developing or coordinating corporate learning and development programs, especially for technical or software platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with project/program management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.) and portfolio management techniques is a plus.

Compensation Range
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This position is potentially eligible for incentive compensation. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
