Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support a DOJ customer with various research and analytical projects, white paper development, digital marketing, presentations, and other media oriented tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a part of a strategic management team to assist, facilitate, and manage business process efforts
  • Support the marketing and communications of IT systems
  • Coordinate and communicate IT system developments and ensure information is readily available to customers
  • Develop high quality technical training curriculum for online delivery and/or via self-paced individual developmental learning
  • Produce quality written documentation and products, to include, but not limited to; procedures, processes, presentations, newsletters, technical training guides and manuals, marketing materials, online training modules, and websites
  • Create training manuals, updating operation instructions, and user guides
  • Creative marketing materials, including, but not limited to informative emails, articles, success stories, brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, etc. is required
  • Develop a communications strategy and produce creative, effective, and engaging communications content
  • Other duties as assigned; associated with and/or in support of your primary role or program mission

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and supporting IT systems
  • Producing quality written documentation and products, to include, but not limited to; Procedures, processes, presentations, newsletters, technical training guides and manuals, marketing materials, online training modules, and websites
  • Proficiency developing MS SharePoint, MS Publisher
  • Proficiency managing social media platforms for an IT system/program, including proficiency with government policies and restrictions in use of social media is required
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other graphic design software) to produce brochures, pamphlets, one-pagers, briefings, and other materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Federal Government/DoD information technology projects a plus
