Program Manager - TS/SCI US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a qualified Program Manager. As the PM of an Enterprise Vetting contract supporting the ICE mission, you will lead a team that provides the full range of administrative and analytical services to assist our customers in a) processing vetting requests for US Visa applicants and b) processing vetting requests for potential overstays of subjects with an existing US Visa. Vetting requests require research of a subject’s personal information, analysis of case information, and preparation of relevant information within reports and/or response codes sent back to validate the approval or denial of ones application to enter the United States. Location: National Capital Region. 

Clearance: Active TS with SCI Eligibility

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary technical and managerial interface between the client and Government management personnel. 
  • Be responsible for overall day-to-day performance that meets client requirements by supervising, organizing, directing, and managing personnel.   
  • Facilitate Government and Contractor communications and ensure a high level of performance and service across all client locations.
  • Develop and provide monthly status reports (MSRs)
  • Be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives and the ability to successfully administer the client objectives. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • TS/SCI
  • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) or more years of hands–on personnel vetting or related intel analyst experience
  • Experience with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement systems and vetting processes
  • Supervisory experience (more than 25 subordinates)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)
  • Supervisory experience (more than 45 subordinates)
  • ICE and/or Department of Homeland Security experience
