We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Treasury to join our Corporate office in Lexington, Kentucky. 
The Director of Treasury is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the company's treasury and cash cycle reporting, and the completion of tax filings.  Ensures company cash management policies and procedures are effective. This position directly manages the Treasury Manager and is responsible for providing leadership to treasury personnel and for the performance management and hiring of the employees within those roles.  
Job Type: Full-time. 
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Salary: $80-$100K+ per year depending on experience. A bonus structure may be available depending on the candidate.
Essential Functions: 
  • Oversees the reporting function, including weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Directs all cash cycle functions including the processing of vendor payments, wire processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Assists personnel involved in the cash cycle with the completion of their assignments.
  • Prepares and analyzes cash forecasts monthly for the corporate entities, including but not limited to: Winterwood, Inc., Winterwood Development, and The Fez Group and analyzes variances between actual and forecasted results.
  • Provides leadership and oversight for the financial reporting functions, including the completion of the annual cash forecasts and federal, state, and local tax reporting.
  • Provides support as needed for the accountants in client communications and engagement.
  • Provides recommendations for procedural improvements and efficiencies in financial processes.
  • Works with corporate staff to develop long-range business plans and goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business. 
  • 5 years of previous accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations. 
  • Professional verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, a criminal background check, and a credit check.
