We’re seeking a dependable and self-starter Property Manager to join our team. The Property manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.  Duties include but not limited to collecting rents, filing evictions, annual recertifications, move-ins, move-outs, unit inspections, preparation for State inspections.  

Property Name/Address: Mt. Washington Hill - 180 West Ave., Mt. Washington, KY 40047.

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week).

Compensation: $16.00 per hour, plus monthly cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous property management experience in affordable housing (HUD). 
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effectively communicates with staff, residents, vendors and other individuals.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
• Steady work history.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for the leasing and effectively marketing the property.
• Markets, forecasts, and projects upcoming move-outs in order to fill units quickly and maintain target occupancy.
• Completes applicant screenings to determine eligibility.
• Shows units to prospective residents.
• Adheres to all HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit, Public Housing and/or Conventional Housing standards.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and follows compliance guidelines for leasing.
• Responsible for collecting and depositing rent payments.
• Other related tasks.
