  • Provide data analysis support for Commercial Clinical Strategy team, including identification of physician / healthcare professional (HCP) segments best suited to meet objectives of client promotional programs, oversight of strategic programs, and campaign impact analyses using prescription data
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of physician/HCP behavior using multiple internal and external data sources to identify strategically relevant targets considering client's marketing objective, campaign scale, and brand/therapeutic area trends
  • Assist in developing value-driven physician/HCP-targeted marketing campaigns for WebMD’s most strategic accounts
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams and prepare data for various statistical analyses to measure promotional impact of different WebMD campaigns
  • Assist Statistical Services team in the conduct of sales lift campaign impact studies by compiling and consolidating datasets, working with vendors for analyses, and potentially conducting subgroup analyses
  • Work closely with internal teams to consolidate campaign specific information and conduct descriptive analyses of program impact, which will be leveraged for marketing optimization and during business renewal process



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required


  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel; some database knowledge a plus (e.g. SQL, Access)
  • Fundamental knowledge and experience with statistical software packages (e.g. SAS, STATA, SPSS, R)
  • Proficient in other applications in Microsoft Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
  • High energy, self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Outstanding team player, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative critical thinker and passionate about data
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with quick execution against tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written – ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable presentations

Bonus Points:

  • Experience analyzing healthcare data
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing to HCP audience, including sales force planning and effectiveness measurement
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
