Candidate Overview:

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
  • Follow Medscape’s processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Work closely with Project Management team members and with other departments to develop a 360 understanding of Medscape process/project workflow
  • Create and manage assigned project timelines in the digital project management system, Workfront.
  • Maintain assigned project timelines daily, providing updates to Account Management partner on project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, and client deliverables. Participate in internal kickoff (KO) meetings, requirements sessions, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checks.
  • Use reporting and dashboard functions within Workfront to track project progress.
  • Follow up on tasks that have not started or are incomplete, helping to resolve any delays.
  • Communicate potential project issues and delays to senior team members for resolution.
  • Assist in managing timeline adjustments based on acceleration requests and mid-stream updates.
  • Ensure client priorities and expectations are communicated clearly across internal teams.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality, error-free client deliverables and launches.
  • Contribute to organization revenue goals by supporting on-time project execution.
  • Perform regular audits of project folders and assist with maintaining server organization.
  • Provide support for team members during out-of-office periods, ensuring tasks and timelines are maintained.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Experience or exposure to digital advertising, agency, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Experience or exposure to project coordination, traffic, or project management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a responsible, results-driven approach; strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and task management systems such as Workfront
  • Knowledge of the marketing creative process (marketing or agency experience, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, is a plus)
  • Experience with the medical/legal review process in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Experience with MS Project or Workfront is a plus

 

Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
