Education:  Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field 
 
Position Requirements:
  • Strong content writing and editing skills
  • Strong research and fact-checking skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and basic content tools
  • Experience writing legal or law firm content is a plus
  • Familiarity with AP Style and editorial standards
  • Experience writing content for U.S. audiences is a plus
  • Ability to switch between British and American English
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress is good to have
  • Experience collaborating with editors and cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
  • Experience in guiding teams on integrating AI-assisted workflows into writing processes to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology and content strategy or analytics tools is good to have
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Consult client stakeholders and internal partners to understand client business goals, brand differentiators, target audiences, and tone and voice.
  • Conduct content inventories of client assets and use analytic tools to produce recommendations and strategic solutions meant to refine or improve the client’s website presence.
  • Work as part of a team, completing varied work assignments, collaborating with others, and communicating work status.
  • Ensure that content complies with internal standards and practices, industry standards, and corporate policies. 
  • Ensure that content projects meet established deliverable timeframes and quality expectations.
  • Maintain proficiency in company business systems including content management, workflow management and time tracking systems.
  • Research and write content that complies with internal best practices, industry standards and corporate policies.
  • Edit or revise content based on internal or external feedback.
  • Stay current on AI trends: Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI writing technology and ethical best practices for its use.
  • Generate and produce content: Use generative AI tools to produce first drafts, outlines, marketing copy, and articles efficiently.
  • Optimize and refine AI outputs: Critically evaluate, edit, and fact-check AI-generated text to enhance accuracy, originality, and overall quality.
  • Develop effective prompts: Master prompt engineering to guide large language models (LLMs) and produce high-quality, targeted content that requires minimal revision.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Adapt AI-generated content to match our specific brand voice, style, and terminology to ensure a cohesive and on-brand message.
