Job Requirements:
5+ years of combined experience in any of the following: digital marketing-related field, i.e.
digital agency, digital analytics, experience in digital marketing, including email, media, and
contextual linking
Strong verbal and written communication skills, fundamental presentation skills, and strong
attention to detail
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform calculations and identify errors,
inconsistencies
Strong organizational, project management, and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to the needs of the
business
Meticulous, proactive, solution-oriented, accountable, and result-driven
Proficient with compiling reports based on marketing analytics, metrics reporting and ops
tools (see examples below)
Experience with sales and project management systems (see examples below)
Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills — comfortable writing and troubleshooting formulas
(SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements) and building PivotTables for
regular reporting.
Pharmaceutical marketing experience a plus
AI-Driven Market Analysis: Proven ability to leverage AI-powered tools and analytics platforms such
as Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and predictive analytics solutions to analyze market trends, customer
behavior, campaign performance, and competitive insights for data-driven decision-making.
AI-Enabled Marketing Optimization: Experience in utilizing AI for audience segmentation,
performance forecasting, campaign optimization, automated reporting, and generating actionable
insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership for assigned direct-to-consumer promotional programs: planning,
launch, day-to-day optimization, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
Create and manage marketing plans to meet contractual obligations (Visits, Imps,
Conversions, Clicks, Time Spent, and Sends), monitoring the performance and optimizing to
improve outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, creative teams reviewing materials to
ensure alignment with client target audience, KPIs and on time delivery
Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, dependencies and risks for programs you own; lead
regular sales and account management status meetings

Monitor campaign performance dashboards and identify operational issues
Develop process improvements that increase delivery speed and quality
Provide client and sales facing program reporting and program performance reviews
Team Lead:
o Oversee a team to ensure all marketing goals are met
o Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans for improvement
o Translate priorities, initiatives, and expectations clearly across the team
o Onboard and train new members
o Serves as the primary point of escalation for program delivery issues
o Approve and manage time-off requests, ensuring appropriate coverage during absences.
o Coordinate team schedules and coverage plans to maintain service levels and continuity.
o Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
