Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical SETA to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will work on the Willow program pioneering the development of innovative acoustic warfare payloads designed to counter active surface sonars through deployment on a range of maritime platforms, including unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), buoys, and moored systems. As the lead SETA, you will coordinate both performer and government technical teams as the program transitions from Phase 1 testing into Phase 2 execution. This is a hands-on, mission-focused role for a technically adept engineer who thrives in dynamic, collaborative R&D environments. Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA.
Part-time
Travel: 25%
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in digital signal processing (DSP), with focus in RF or acoustic domains.
- Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support program reviews, tests, and integration events.
- Active Secret clearance.
Desired Experience:
- Background in maritime hardware design, integration, or testing.
- Experience supporting maritime or undersea systems development programs.
- TS/SCI clearance
