Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Engineer/Analyst/Program Manager to support an innovative maritime technology program. You will support the management of a small, highly capable team developing dynamic maritime technology programs and related architectures to address complex national security challenges. You will contribute operational insight and technical expertise to advance cutting-edge undersea and maritime capabilities. This role is especially well-suited for individuals with Nuclear Submarine operational experience and a strong technical foundation.
Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA
Part-time Role
Travel: less than 10%
Clearance: TS required, SCI eligible preferred
Required Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in a scientific, Engineering, or other technical discipline.
- 6+ Years of relevant DoD or related experience.
- Background in Maritime and Joint Operations and/or position, navigation, and timing (PNT) and undersea technologies.
- Experience supporting program management, requirements development, or oversight of Science and Technology programs.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Military operational experience (Nuclear Submarine)
- Experience managing or supporting dynamic maritime technology programs.
- Experience supporting advanced research and development organizations.
