THE OPPORTUNITY
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and presentation of common areas and amenities while ensuring apartment homes are move-in ready. This role is responsible for detailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents.
- Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
- Work alongside maintenance teams to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.
- Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.):
Over 75 lbs. Rare need
25 – 75 lbs. Occasional need
1 – 25 lbs. Constant need
