THE OPPORTUNITY
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading multiple communities, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with maintenance operations to implement cost-effective service models while driving property success. As a strategic leader, the Regional Manager fosters a high-performance culture and ensures alignment with company goals.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support Property Operations teams to drive performance, operational efficiency, and financial success across assigned communities.
- Ensure all communities meet leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals while upholding company standards and compliance requirements.
- Oversee budget creation, financial reporting, and expense management to maximize profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) to optimize service delivery through the Customer Dedicated Service Provider model.
- Partner with the RMM to implement and manage the Neighborhood Program, ensuring cost-effective maintenance solutions for communities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, development, and engagement among Community Managers, ensuring strong leadership at every site.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of five years of proven success in multifamily with a minimum of three years as a Community Manager.
- Proven track record of superior customer experience.
- Familiarity with Revenue Optimization is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- CAM or CAPs accreditation preferred
