Description 
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide leadership, supervision and ongoing development of the maintenance team to ensure that the overall physical structure of building systems, and grounds meet established standards and applicable laws. Responsible for the effective management of the facilities services department when the facility service manager is not scheduled.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
  • Ensured that the facility and equipment is maintained.
  • Responsible for the condition of the physical plan.
  • Ability to direct staff regarding maintenance process functions and safety.
  • Provide technical support and leadership, problem solving/trouble shooting.
  • Evaluates and drives employee performance.
  • Completes additional task as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:  
  • Associate Degree; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
  • Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance methods.
  • Demonstrated project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Oral and written communication skills, basic math

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift/move up to 10 pounds.  May lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
