he Product Development Assistant supports the Product Development (PD) team throughout the product lifecycle, helping to bring the merchant’s vision to life. This role partners closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Design, and Merchandising teams to ensure timely execution, accurate tracking, and seamless communication across all stages of development.


What You'll Do:

  • Partner daily with cross-functional teams including Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Product Development to support development activities and ensure alignment
  • Maintain and update weekly WIP (Work in Progress) reports across multiple seasons, ensuring accuracy and visibility for all stakeholders
  • Track samples, approvals, and key milestones in accordance with development calendars and deadlines
  • Support purchase order processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and proper documentation
  • Assist in managing communication with offshore vendors and factories to help drive progress on development milestones
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Product Development team
  • Support the Production Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records and tracking key deliverables

What You'll Need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or a related field
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay range: 22.88 – 28.00
