You will work closely with our Lead Videographer to execute seasonal campaigns and daily social needs.

Note on Flexibility: Given the nature of production, the ideal candidate must be comfortable with an evolving schedule. We are looking for a collaborator who can pivot quickly and maintain productivity in both environments.

What You'll Do:
1. Production & Videography
  • Attend scheduled shoots to capture high-quality video footage for brand campaigns, product features, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring production quality—including lighting and sound—using our in-house studio equipment.
  • Execute "social-first" filming techniques tailored for vertical and short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
2. Post-Production & Technical Editing
  • Execute all stages of editing, including narrative cutting, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics as needed.
  • Maintain a rigorous media management workflow, overseeing the ingestion of raw footage and the organization of project assets.
  • Deliver polished, high-retention video content under tight deadlines while adhering to brand guidelines.
3. Strategy & Trend Integration
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to align video output with seasonal initiatives and brand goals.
  • Actively monitor social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging editing styles to keep our content competitive and relevant.
  • Adapt primary campaign assets into various formats to suit the unique audience behaviors of different social platforms.

What You'll Need:
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro (required): Expert-level proficiency for primary video editing and storytelling.
    • CapCut (desired): High-level mastery for mobile-native and trendy social-first content.
    • After Effects (plus): Proficiency in motion graphics or VFX is a significant advantage.
    • Social Fluency: Demonstrated experience creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Logistics: Must live within a commutable distance to the office and be available for on-location shoots as scheduled.

  1. Resume: A current CV outlining your professional experience and technical skills.
