Description
- Develop and execute the organic social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the social content calendar, including ideation, copywriting, planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Create compelling social-first content, including both still imagery and short-form video, tailored to platform best practices and audience behaviors.
- Bring the brand voice to life through creative storytelling and culturally relevant content that drives engagement and brand affinity.
- Monitor social media conversations, mentions, and trends, identifying opportunities to engage with customers, influencers, creators, and brands in real time.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve business outcomes.
- Lead social-first campaign execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated distribution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships from end to end, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the brand's social media presence.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-native content across formats.
- Proven ability to develop original content ideas independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
