Pay Rate: $34-$36/hour

As the Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Influencer, you will help shape and amplify the brand's personality across social media, building a distinct and engaging presence that drives brand affinity and supports business goals. The Marketing Specialist will own and execute a robust organic social media strategy across key channels while supporting content creator and influencer partnerships that extend brand reach and relevance. The Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Influencer is equal parts creative storyteller and strategic marketer, with a deep understanding of social trends, platform best practices, and community engagement.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Develop and execute the organic social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the social content calendar, including ideation, copywriting, planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling social-first content, including both still imagery and short-form video, tailored to platform best practices and audience behaviors.
  • Bring the brand voice to life through creative storytelling and culturally relevant content that drives engagement and brand affinity.
  • Monitor social media conversations, mentions, and trends, identifying opportunities to engage with customers, influencers, creators, and brands in real time.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve business outcomes.
  • Lead social-first campaign execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated distribution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships from end to end, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the brand's social media presence.
What You'll Need: 
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-native content across formats.
  • Proven ability to develop original content ideas independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify innovative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
