Visual Merchandise Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Manages and oversees the sample process and merchandising set up in the Visual mock store for executive walkthroughs and approvals.
- Manages the creative execution of their individual team and sections during the corporate store set and leads portions of the walkthrough process with HQ business partners.
- Photographs in-store presentations and edits images for companywide visual directives and communication.
- Leads the printing and mailing process for all store sets to ensure a timely delivery to all stores and DM’s.
- Compose clear and concise weekly visual communication to effectively convey business updates and promo direction for accurate in store execution.
- Creates compelling window presentations that enhance the brand experience and drives traffic into the store.
- Participates and supports the monthly new store manager training workshops by preparing all training materials and responsible for leading portions of the walkthrough.
- Prepares Visual binders and manages store photos for all new store openings.
- Responsible for updating the HQ mannequins on a monthly basis to reflect the current seasonal store set.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
- 4 year degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of visual merchandising and store experience, preferably with proven track record in retail industry.
- 1-3 years retail management experience preferred.
- Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent self-starter with strong, proven organizational skills, self-discipline, strong decision making capabilities, and problem solving skills.
- Approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues.
- Accountable for results and meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately, cope well with change, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, and Outlook.
