We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and enabling seamless connectivity across a fast-growing enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will architect and develop scalable integration solutions that power mission-critical business processes and connect on-premise systems with innovative cloud-based applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence technical direction, and drive best practices while working in an agile environment that values autonomy, innovation, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on development role where your expertise in middleware and integration frameworks will help shape the backbone of our digital transformation strategy.

What You'll Do:
  • Design and develop complex middleware integrations connecting on-premise systems with internal and third-party SaaS/PaaS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define integration solutions, and support proof-of-concepts, demos, and production deployments.
  • Translate business processes into detailed technical specifications and create solution, technical, and integration architecture designs.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise integration patterns and distributed microservices; monitor and support production environments.
  • Work autonomously in an Agile environment, aligning development with scope, priorities, and business objectives.
  • Establish and promote best practices for integration and service development; engage with internal and external technical experts.
  • Provide administration, troubleshooting, and Level 3 on-call support for middleware platforms and interfaces.
  • Produce clear documentation to ensure smooth support transitions and ongoing operational readiness.

 

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of relevant integration, systems analysis, or similar technical experience in an enterprise retail environment
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms (e.g., BizTalk).
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL, PL/SQL, and Snowflake, with solid understanding of core database concepts for building efficient interfaces.
  • Familiarity with data integration techniques such as ETL, data replication, data propagation, EII, and tools like Azure Data Factory.
