Reports To: Account Supervisor or Account Director
•Manage major communication projects and ensures that strategic and creative objectives are met throughout the execution.

•Manages multiple projects from start to finish with an eye towards ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution.

•Operational Excellence: Guides the team to flawless execution of all agency output. Makes recommendations on whom to involve in meetings and communicates expectations to the attendees in advance. Can run an internal meeting to achieve objectives and clearly define deliverables. Can keep a meeting on track internally and with clients. Develops meeting agendas and presentations.

–Oversees and navigates the team on all aspects of executing of projects
–Works closely with Strategy, Creative and Broadcast/Digital Production to create a plan on managing projects and strives for flawless execution
Characteristics and Qualifications
•At least 5 years’ experience in communications or marketing
•Bachelor’s degree or higher
•Organized—able to sort, file and retrieve information logically and easily.

•Detail-oriented—attentive and accurate.
•Flexible—able to shift gears easily.
