Havas Formula is seeking a Digital Account Director/Senior Manager in our NY office. The role is responsible for unlocking our clients’ business opportunities, delivering outstanding client service as well as innovative and ambitious solutions and offerings. Our client roster includes some of today’s most notable passion brands across CPG, food, technology, automotive, B2B and experiential, including Jaguar Land Rover, ADP, Chase, Justin’s, Heineken, Panda Express, Wholly Guacamole, and more.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage Havas Formula Digital's capabilities and expertise (strategy, services, insights) to bring innovative and creative solutions to our clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients / partners, while appearing as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders
  • Deepen relationship to ensure retention and growth
  • Immerse self and team in clients' business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external business environment, industry; also knowing their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like from a digital standpoint
  • Create an ambitious environment for great work across all teams; Actively support growth and career development of account team
  • Responsible for clients' billing activity, budgeting, expense tracking and management to ensure financial portion of Havas Formula Digital's relationship with client is accurate and operates correctly
  • Lead and participate in client meetings as required (including new business pitches)
  • Exhibit leadership across teams and agency; Serve as a role model for junior account staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced digital agency Account Director / Account Manager role.

  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Strong technical understanding of digital performance marketing i.e. Bought, Owned and Earned products and services such as Paid Media, Social Media Management and Display Marketing
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
