Manufacturing Analyst (Senior)


SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Analyst.  The selected candidate will be challenged in helping us solve complex system and data problems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust data and reporting infrastructure that supports our innovative products and services. You will also perform data analysis, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability. To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, as well as experience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools. What You'll Do     

  • Administrate Power BI Workspaces to include managing access permissions to the workspaces and accompanying apps and movement of reports through the Deployment Pipelines
  • Create/Maintain Power BI Reports & Models that provide actionable insights for various business functions
  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for Power BI report design, development, and deployment
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights
  • Elicit requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into robust solutions
  • Maintain report documentation to ensure that it is clear, accurate, and up-to-date, and that it follows the best practices and standards of the organization
  • Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to review and improve documentation quality and consistency
  • Coordinate & collaborate cross functionally with other data analysts, data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support and mentor Data Analytics team members

What You'll Bring     

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in data analysis, data mining, data visualization, or business intelligence
  • Must be U.S. citizen

  • Experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI Desktop/Server, Power BI Report Builder/SSRS, etc.)
  • Proficient in SQL, DAX, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis
  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and database schemas (star, snowflake)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting your findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $85,000 to $96,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
