Location: Pune/Chennai
Work from office, no remote work
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
Discover, connect, nurture, and activate prospective candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, CRM/ATS, Referrals), sourcing campaigns and other innovative candidate generation methods
Add value to the recruiting process by fostering relationships with your recruitment partners and hiring managers by providing data driven insights and sourcing recommendations
Develop innovative sourcing strategies that delivers an always-on pipeline of high calibre talent Build talent communities of great candidates for future business needs Be a brand ambassador to prospective candidates
Promote our inclusive hiring practices and deliver on our diversity sourcing initiatives
Assess candidates for soft skills, role specific skills, and cultural fit
Utilize, maintain, and manage the recruitment systems to ensure hiring practices are within compliance standards
Participate in and at times lead special projects and recruitment initiatives as needed.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements And Experience Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/ sourcing experience
Track record of leveraging a range of sourcing tools and innovative techniques to identify potential candidates
Demonstrable ability to attract and engage passive talent to an organization
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and foster teamwork
Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills (MS Office, ATS, Google)
Preferred Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline preferred Relevant industry experience is a plus
