Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to coordinate information across all sectors of the company both internally and externally with the ability to follow-up in order to meet client requirements for proposal and budget development

What You’ll Do

  • Leads the management of pricing and contracting requests for subscription and services based contracts
  • Works with sales & solutions team to review RFP to ensure we meet/exceed the needs of the customer for pricing and proposal delivery
  • Builds initial budgets, specifications and assumptions
  • Owns the QC process start to finish, securing approvals as necessary
  • Prepares client-facing documents, proposals, RFIs, RFPs, presentations
  • Works closely with Sales Ops to ensure data in entered in a timely manner for reporting and analytics across the company
  • Provides support to sales during the entire sales cycle
  • Minimal travel required, potentially up to 10-15%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years in Contracts & Proposals Management, preferably in Life Sciences
  • 2+ years in supporting sales, creating slide deck templates, coordinating commercial meetings, sales training
  • Previous work experience that demonstrates ability to perform the required functions
  • Significant ability to multi-task

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote-office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers.

 

Physical Demands

This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
