We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to drive new business and revenue growth in the Insurance segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics sales, with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the Insurance segment to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a territory management strategy focused on generating high-value leads and securing new business.
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
- Serve as the frontline contact with prospects, leads, and key decision-makers.
- Position Saama’s Data & Analytics solutions as the preferred choice in the market.
- Effectively communicate value propositions, competitive differentiators, and ROI to potential clients.
- Develop and present customized sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to effectively position Saama’s offerings.
- Travel up to 30% to meet clients, attend industry events, and close deals.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in hunter sales roles with a strong track record in closing new business within the data & analytics space.
- Demonstrated success in selling data and analytics solutions to Insurance, and/or Healthcare Providers.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and close complex sales cycles with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Insurance industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
