Position Summary 
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Client Partner to own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within our digital experience technology and services business. As a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will be accountable for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and the successful delivery of solutions and services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in advancing our go-to-market strategy within your accounts while exemplifying a high-performance, client-first sales culture.
 
Key Responsibilities 
Account Leadership & Growth 
  • Own the overall client relationship and P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring revenue, margin, and satisfaction targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand wallet share across our full portfolio of solutions and services.
  • Lead strategic account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and governance for your accounts.
  • Drive and close strategic pursuits, bringing in the right internal resources to win high-impact opportunities.
Client Relationship Management 
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for your accounts, building trusted, long-term partnerships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Proactively identify client needs and position solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Act as an advocate for the client internally, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
Sales Excellence & Collaboration 
  • Apply disciplined sales behaviors, rituals, and operating cadences to manage account performance.
  • Partner with marketing, sales enablement, and delivery teams to bring the best of the company to your clients.
  • Leverage consultative selling, storytelling, and solution positioning to differentiate and drive competitive wins.
 
Qualifications 
  • 10+ years of progressive client-facing sales experience in digital experience, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering sustained revenue and margin performance.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, experience platforms (Microsoft, Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe), and customer experience solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured sales processes, account planning, and performance management disciplines.
  • High emotional intelligence, consultative mindset, and a commitment to delivering value and impact for clients.
