Intro  
The Adobe Alliance Manager is responsible for adding value to Rightpoint by acting as a senior sales leadership extension to our alliance partnership with Adobe.  Rightpoint’s relationships with Adobe must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. The main objective of the Senior Alliance Manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company. 
  
What You’ll Be Doing and The Impact You’ll Make  
  • Expert level understanding of the Adobe ecosystem, Partner Marketing, selling motions and sales plays, solutions & sales teams and geographic territories 
  • Develop, maintain, broaden and deepen external partner relations with Adobe in all solutions areas and regions 
  • Develop and manage a strategic plan to grow and scale our partnership with Adobe 
  • Identify and grow industry verticals and market segments (i.e. Solution Led Enterprise, Mid-Market, Enterprise Greenfield) and establish relationships with sales teams 
  • Work with Adobe sales leaders to set up regular team cadences for GTM sales plays and account strategy 
  • Knowledgeable of Adobe solutions and propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities 
  • Articulates Rightpoint’s value proposition, vision, strategies and capabilities of our alliance with Adobe 
  • Maintains updates to Adobe counterparts on Rightpoint’s latest market or company changes 
  • Develops and executes attainable and strategic plans with Adobe across all relevant markets and solution areas 
  • Builds multi-level relationships with Adobe including those in the executive level 
  • Capable of producing revenue generating pipeline tied to annual company sales goals & objectives 
  • Works with Rightpoint and Adobe marketing teams to coordinate joint customer and “sale to” events with Adobe sales teams to grow sales team relationships 
  • Collaborates with Adobe on it’s ongoing GTM goals and strategies and stays current on new and developing solutions 
  • Produces high-quality leads through constant engagement with Adobe field teams tied to specific marketing and alliance generated campaigns 
  • Coordinates with internal resources to launch partner sales planning efforts 
  • Ensures all certification requirements are achieved and maintained 
  
What We’d Love to See
  • Five to ten years of demonstrated experience working in large or complex, matrixed software organizations 
  • An extreme passion for sales & technology 
  • Exceptional communications skills 
  • A professional networker with innate ability to build long term relationships 
  • Established relationships with the Adobe Partner and Field sales team
